Here are the answers to some basic questions that you might have with regards to buying real estate with us at Baruch and Phareex.

We have our properties located in Asokoro, Jahi, Guzape and various other locations in Abuja.

Once you are satisfied with a property in our catalogue, onboarding, purchase and documentation is processed within 48 hours.

If you are interested in any of our property, kindly reach out to us via email, telephone or the contact form and we will begin with the client onboarding process.

We accept payments via bank transfer into our company account. Alternatively, a cheque can also be issued.

Property Question

Here are the answers to some property questions that you might have with regards to buying real estate with us at Baruch and Phareex.

Kindly send us an email or fill the form in our contact us section and we will be happy to book a site inspection date with you.

Yes. Your assigned sales representative will provide you with status updates and other relevant information with regards your property.

Documents to be received for your property include:

  1. Contract of Sales (Sales Agreement).
  2. Letter of Allocation.
  3. Certificate of Ownership.
  4. Deed of Assignment.
  5. Certificate of Occupancy.

 

Payment Question

Here are the answers to some payment questions that you might have with regards to buying real estate with us at Baruch and Phareex.

No, Baruch and Phareex does not offer mortgage services.

We accept payments via bank transfer into our company account. Alternatively, a cheque can also be issued.

Yes. Make a 30 to 50% initial deposit on your intended property and spread the balance across within 12 months. You can also opt in to purchase a property outrightly as well.
